This property does not rise to the level of service and accommodations one would expect inthis property class. 1) staff with few exceptions was not overly friendly 2) we were on the 10th floor yet kept awake by loud music across the street. Staff said police police were called but problem persisted until after midnight 3) I had an allergic reaction to “something “ in the room. Not sure if it was a scent or something else 4) room key kept failing very aggravating
